2020年9月15日，根据合议理事会决议（RDC）第177/2017号决议规定，巴西国家卫生监督局（Anvisa）以3比2的投票结果，决定继续维持在巴西禁用活性成分百草枯的决定，该决定定于2020年9月22日生效。

    届时，巴西国内将不能使用百草枯，并且也将禁止进口该活性成分
